Homage to Irwin Baker

It’s been 1 week now since I taken ownership of my car and as each day passes, I get more amazed of the sincerity of the entire staff at the Lehman Toyota dealership. I’m still getting phone calls from the customer service department to see if I have any questions or special concerns, you don’t get this type of treatment at a typical dealership.

 

To sum everything up, I gather the accolades begin with the sales staff and that leads me to pay homage to Irwin Baker, as it was him from the start that explained the benefits of purchasing a car at Lehman Toyota. Irwin not only explained to me the technical differences of my past car, but what I might expect in regard of owning the car I was considering purchasing. Irwin’s technical expertise, to his humble presentation of the pricing procedures, was immensely pleasurable. They are honest sales people that don’t try high pressure sales tactics.

 

In the last 3 days, I’ve told 2 friends that I believe have a need for a new car that the only place to buy is Lehman Toyota. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!

2011.

   2007. When I knocked at your door I new I was in the right place, at the
   right time with the right person. And it worked out!

   - *Alberto, thanks for your different analysis and options, the great
   amount of numbers you did and for those graphics with different colors you
   used to finally help me made up my mind. I didn't have in mind to buy those
   products but you managed the way to reach the objective. That's the reason
   why we expend so long to arrive to a final decision. But let me tell you
   this: I'm glad you did it.

   detail explanation about the futures of my new 4Runner and specially for his
   warm welcome and attitude toward me to make me feel I was treated as  a
   value customer.

FEBRUARY

This past Friday (Feb 25th), I purchased the Toyota 2011 Prius 3 from Lehman Toyota. After the several other bad experiences I have had recently at all the other Toyota dealerships (particularly Deerfield Toyota), I did not imagine writing a positive note...

 

 I want to tell you Karl Khalil is the most friendly, straight-forward and pleasant salespersons I have ever met at any car dealership. We were treated with respect; Karl was courteous of our time. He did not throw any surprise gimmicks.

 

Please also note that Sarah Aplef did an excellent job going over the car details as well. She was patient and very helpful, even though it was late (almost 10pm).

 Overall, I am highly impressed with your dealership, but in particular Karl and Sarah deserve notable mention. I know I will be returning to your dealership again. I will be sure to let all my friends and family know of the great service Lehman has provided to us.

I would like to applaud the salesperson for his knowledge & expertise in the matter for the car that he was selling me. I was iffy between a new altima or camry, but the way the salesperson explained the features of the car in comparison to the altima & his warm personality made me feel appreciated for his time & business. After comparing the two vehicles, I made the decision to buy the camry because of the salesperson's personality to let me know that I'm not making a mistake with my purchase and driving the car made me feel that I was making the right decision

Mounir is GREAT ! He stayed late in the evening to accommodate my work schedule, gave me plenty of time alone with the car to inspect it, and didn't apply any typical sales pressure. We even worked through the stereo, navigation system, and other controls together since this was not a Toyota. It was the first time, I have ever had a car buying experience that was not stressful, and a sales person that I actually like. Please pass my compliments on to him.

Hello Eddie, Nelson, & Tony,

Thank you for the follow up. I am very happy with my new car and also of making the decision to purchase it at your Lehman Toyota location.

Nelson was great since the beginning; his email got my attention among others because he was clear and positively aggressive to make my Lehman's visit a must. I visited a couple of other dealers but non of the other sales persons were as professional as Nestor. He again gave me clear answers and information, I also liked your very professional stationery presentation which believe me, makes a big difference.

I called him a few times before making my final decision and he was very friendly, patient, was ready to please me with my additional requests, and even gave me some advice but without been pushy, which I loved.

The day of the purchase we had to wait too long for the financing and closing paperwork and we were getting tired and frustrated with the long waiting but it was nice to see him coming at the right timing, like if he was reading my mind because he was bringing water every time we were thirsty and he even brought a nice pizza trying to do his best to make us still feel comfortable.

After the signing, Tony took us to the car to explain each and every detail and feature taking all the time we needed in a very nice and easy way. In general both of them made us feel we were their most important customers.

It's been years before I decided to buy a car and part of it was because it has always been too stressful for me, but this has been a very nice experience and outstanding service. I will strongly recommend your dealer and internet team to everybody I find is looking to buy a car.
